Ok, so I had a baking craving tonight and I went with Brownies. I got a recipe for double chocolate brownies from this Chocolate, Coffee, Caramel cookbook.
Two problems, first, it didn’t set like brownies. The texture is very very cake like. Basically, it’s a shallow cake. Also, the timings are way out, it was in for 20 mins and was done, the book aid 30.
On the other hand, it is yummy! Won’t be making it into my, regularly used recipes file, but not a disaster.
