Ok so this is how the regime now looks

Monday am Gym (cardio/weights) evening Judo
Tuesday am Gym (cardio/weights) evening Kickboxing PKA
Wednesday am Gym (swim & spa) evening fortnightly Kickboxing Leicester
Thursday am Gym (swim) lunch Cardio Combat evening JiuJitsu
Friday am Gym (swim & spa)
Saturday Veg out on sofa (wherever I am)
Sunday at least once a month Wrestling

So there it is. Bit nuts.  Thing is it won’t last forever, but right now I can do as I please and this pleases me.
