Well, there we are, I am home after a few lovely few days with my parents.

First of all here are some more pics of the white water rafting, by popular demand.

This was just after a good dunking.

We were in fits when we saw the next lt getting ready to go, when they realised there would be photos out came lipstick and hairbrushes. We hung around to watch them get drenched. personal satisfaction.

Brilliant brilliant fun!

I would so do this again, am keeping an eye out for future offers on it, also, Amy and I are talking about trying it on a natural course, this one outside nottingham is man made, very awesome but we’d like something a little more unpredictable next time. Also, she totally has to come snowboarding when I eventually make it to that.

and my folks, walking up a haddon hill on exmoor. Was a really lovely visit, had a blast shopping, walking and hanging out.

Exmoor pony, on Exmoor, as you might expect. They are little buggers as a breed. If you have never ridden and you go pony trekking on one of these they will, at some point, try to ditch you just for a laugh. Welsh ponies are much better natured.

I got a couple of new tops when mum and i went shopping in Exeter and a new, better gumshield for kickboxing. yay me!
