So I had another go, with another recipe and this time I hit on the one I used donkeys ago and loved. Hurrah!
It’s from Nigella’s Domestic Goddess and I halved the quantities and substituted walnuts for choc chips. This is an effective recipe for brownies that are a little gooey in the centre. Yum.
YUM! Proper brownies should be gooey in the middle. 🙂
